The Jack lift direct-drive pumping unit,AKA Long stroke pump unit, is an innovation in petroleum artificial lifting systems and has become an ideal replacement for traditional pump jacks and ESP. The Jack lift pumping unit adopts more efficient equipment, high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor, and more direct power Transmission method.
The device does not include a gear reducer, eliminating the risk of contamination caused by lubricants and reducing noise to 48 dB.
The stroke can be adjusted to any value, with a maximum stroke of 355 inches (9.02 meters), to match productivity, reduce cycle stress, minimize rod tensile impact, improve gas compression ratio, and enhance overall system efficiency.
Active speed control and fewer strokes per tube reduce energy demand and wear on rods and tubes.
All components of the system are assembled in a compact panel.
